IP Banned for asking how jail is.

I was asking GoochJobber how it is to be jailed, and he wouldn't jail me, so I started talking until I got jailed. I use the character fix in the website and spawned in the FM. He rejailed me and said that if I get out, I get banned. Later then, GoochJobber asked if I know how to get out of IP ban. I replied with a no. After 1 minute I was banned.
